Agreement for the Ruby stable version

We are very pleased to announce that the Ruby Association(RA)and Usaku Nakamura who are well-respected amoung the Ruby community have signed a 1 year consigmnet agreement for Ruby development. Under the contract, Nakamura will provide the a series of maitenance and development for the Ruby stable version.
